Vdub are a 2-piece or 3-piece band who perform Reggae & Dub music.

New Zealanders have a natural talent for producing quality material in this style of music and it is embraced by a large percentage of our nation. Vdub’s repertoire is reflective of this and incorporates plenty of material from our beloved Kiwi reggae/dub bands such as L.A.B,

Fat Freddy’s Drop, The Black Seeds, Six60, Salmonella Dub, and Herbs, as well as famous international artists such as UB40 & Bob Marley.

 

The success and popularity of Vdub has been plain to see since their explosion onto the Auckland scene in Dec 2016, resulting in a large following of people who come to their gigs each time the band performs.

Their repertoire and performances have a distinctive ‘feel-good factor’ which leaves listeners feeling uplifted.
